Mix and match to fit your activity — a simple exhibit reflection might use just the first; a graded field trip could use most. You tell us which in the request, and we set it up.
Students record a short spoken answer (you set the length, e.g. 15–60 seconds) directly in their phone browser. Every response is automatically transcribed and given an AI summary and a sentiment read, so you can skim a whole class in minutes.
Give each location its own question. Print a different QR for each room, exhibit, or stop — a student at "Room A" is asked about Room A, a student at "Station 3" about Station 3. One event, many prompts, all flowing into the same report.
A "listen" button reads the prompt out loud. Helpful in noisy spaces, for accessibility, and for language learners who benefit from hearing the question as well as reading it.
Ask students to pick or enter a tag — their course, section, or your name — so your class's clips are cleanly separated from any other visitors. Your grading view can then filter down to just your section.
If attendance matters, require that a response is submitted from the venue. A location check confirms the student was physically there — useful when the reflection is part of a graded, in-person activity, and much harder to fake than a screenshot.
Put a live board on the projector: a sentiment bar, the themes coming up most, and optional quick polls students can vote in from their phones. It turns a quiet visit into a shared, visible conversation.
Let students add a photo of what they're reacting to, or a short video, alongside their voice answer — handy for "capture the piece that moved you" style activities.
A secure, read-only page just for you: every student's clip with its transcript, summary, and sentiment, filterable by class tag. Nothing to install, easy to grade from, and it can't be edited or seen by students or the public.
We can turn your class's responses into a short, podcast-style audio recap — a conversational summary of what the class thought, the standout ideas, and where opinions split. Play it at the start of the next session to kick off discussion. You just tell us you want it; we produce it and send you the audio.
Choose the options you want in the request form, and we'll configure it all for you.
