Spokn started with a simple frustration. Companies spend enormous amounts to understand their customers, and almost none of that insight actually sounds human. We wanted to fix that, and to pay people fairly for their voice while doing it.
It also came from a simple observation about wasted time. So much of the day is lost sitting in traffic or stuck on a commute, and we wanted to turn that unproductive time into a chance to earn. We are a small, founder-led team building Spokn out of Miami. The idea is straightforward. Give everyday people a way to be heard and earn from it, and give brands honest consumer voice they can actually use. We are just getting started, and every response makes the platform better.
